# Terms and Conditions — Sort Everything!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of **Sort Everything!**, a mobile game published on Google Play by **Onur Emre Mihyaz** (shown on Google Play as **“onur emre mihyaz”**). In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Onur Emre Mihyaz. By downloading or using Sort Everything!, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Use of Sort Everything!

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sort Everything! for entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it. You must not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the game's operation, access it through unauthorized methods, or use it for unlawful purposes.

## 2. Age

Sort Everything! is not directed to children. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and the relevant app store. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms where required.

## 3. Advertisements

Sort Everything! may offer virtual currency, boosters, or other digital items. These items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Payments and refunds are handled under the applicable app store's rules, without limiting your statutory consumer rights.

The game's software, graphics, sounds, names, and other content belong to Onur Emre Mihyaz or the relevant licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without permission, except as permitted by law.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Sort Everything! or any of its features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will provide notice where required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Sort Everything! is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
