# Privacy Policy — Sort Everything!

This Privacy Policy applies to **Sort Everything!**, a mobile game published on Google Play by **Onur Emre Mihyaz**. In this Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Onur Emre Mihyaz. Onur Emre Mihyaz is the data controller for the processing described here, except where a third party acts as an independent controller.
## 1. Information we process
Depending on how you use Sort Everything!, we may process:
- **Gameplay data:** progress, levels, scores, rewards, and interactions within the game.
- **Device and technical data:** device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, device or advertising identifiers, and diagnostic data.
- **Analytics data:** gameplay events and usage information, if analytics collection is enabled with a valid consent choice.
- **Advertising data:** identifiers and ad interactions used to deliver, manage, and measure advertisements.
- **Purchase data:** purchased items and transaction or receipt identifiers where in-app purchases are available. The app store processes payment details.
- **Support data:** information you choose to send when contacting us.
Device identifiers and usage data may be personal data even if they do not include your name.
## 2. Why we process information
We process information to operate Sort Everything!, save progress, provide purchased items, display and measure advertisements, improve performance when analytics is enabled, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. Information may come from the game, your device, app stores, and service providers. Depending on the processing activity, we rely on applicable grounds under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, including performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests where permitted, or your explicit consent where required.
## 3. Analytics and advertising choices
Firebase Analytics collection is disabled by default unless a valid analytics consent choice has been recorded. Gameplay events generated before analytics consent are not stored for later upload. Sort Everything! does not currently provide an in-game “Privacy Choices” button. You can contact us at **info@mangogames.io** with a privacy request. Your device may also provide controls for advertising identifiers and personalized ads. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
## 4. Who receives information
We may share relevant information with providers that help us run Sort Everything!, including **Google Firebase** for analytics and related services, and **AppLovin** and its advertising partners for advertisements. App stores process purchases under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information to authorized public bodies when legally required.
## 5. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Türkiye. We transfer personal data internationally only where the requirements of applicable data protection law are met.
## 6. Retention, deletion, and security
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete personal data under our control by emailing **info@mangogames.io**. We will assess and fulfill eligible requests, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Deleting the app or its local data removes locally stored game information but may not delete information already processed by app stores or independent third parties. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.
## 7. Children
Sort Everything! is not directed to children. If we learn that we have collected a child’s personal data in circumstances requiring parental authorization, we will take appropriate steps to address it. A parent or guardian may contact us at **info@mangogames.io**.
## 8. Your rights
Under applicable law, including Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law where relevant, you may request information about your personal data and ask for correction or deletion when the legal conditions are met.
